Site Prep:
Site prep can vary drastically depending on the physical characteristics of the lot. We use a budgeted allowance that adjusts for the size of your house. Generally a flat lot will be covered by the site prep budgets.

Clay for house pad - 80% of 1st floor total sq ft incl garage & porch (i.e., 3200 sq ft = $2560)
